60 Sequences mined and named by David Nelson from TSA (Transcriptome Shotgun Assemblies) in November 2020. These are not sequences mined from full genomes, so orthologs can have different names because they are not identical in sequence and their orthology cannot be determined. Also, alleles of the same gene can have different CYP names simply because they differ slightly in sequence. Note that while full-length or near full-length TSA sequences are probably correct, the assembler may generate chimeras between two closely related transcripts, from two different alleles or even two related genes. In rare cases, unspliced intron sequences may be retained in the transcripts.
