This is the assembly from the parthenogenetic Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam strain (Faddeeva-Vakhrusheva et al. 2017); Another genome from a sexual strain from Shanghai (Luan et al., 2022) is apparently a different species.

This FASTA includes six pseudogenes, one incomplete sequence (CYP4778A5-incN), one CYP19 clan sequence. One sequence is found as transcript (GASX02005442.1), but is not found in the annotated genome (CYP4810A2).

Nine strange sequences are of possible viral origin, and close to the CYP51 clan: CYP5253E1P is a pseudogene, CYP5253D1 is a Cfusion with OG-Fe(II) oxygenase superfamily domain (all in 2nd exon). CYP51272A1 is apparently also a fusion protein, with exons 6-9 being P450.
