Shown are 72 species with fully annotated CYPomes. The data for this table excludes pseudogenes or gene fragments, and counts alternatively spliced transcripts as a single gene. The data are specific for the genome assembly named for each species, so different assemblies can have different numbers (as a result of copy number variation, gene conversion, or pseudogene status). This table is also available in alphabetical listing.
