====== Arthropod P450 sequences ====== For each species, a complete CYPome is provided, obtained by manual curation from genomic and transcriptomic sources. Unless noted otherwise, the CYPomes match a precise genome assembly as stated. Both the sequences and the number of genes are specific for that assembly. [[cnv|Copy number variation]] between strains or populations may result in different CYPome sizes and compositions. For some species (as indicated below), only partial CYPomes are presented, either from fragmented, low quality genomes, or from transcriptome shotgun assemblies (TSA). The [[https://1kite.org/index.html|1KITE project]] produced a rich and diverse collection of TSAs from insects. A few non-arthropod CYPomes (human, yeast, Arabidopsis) are provided for reference [[OTHERcypomes|here]]. All sequences presented here are collected in a file that is searchable by BLAST (see sidebar menu <<). An [[sequences-alpha|alphabetical listing]] of the species is also presented. ===== Panarthropoda ===== **Onychophora** * //[[Euperipatoides|Euperipatoides sp.]]// (partial) ===== Chelicerata ===== **Arachnida** (111 k estimated number of species) * //[[Turticae|Tetranychus urticae]]// * //[[Panonychus|Panonychus citri]]// * //[[aculops|Aculops lycopersici]]// * //[[sarcoptes|Sarcoptes scabiei]]// * //[[Dermatophagoides|Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus]]// * //[[Dgallinae|Dermanyssus gallinae]]// * //[[Metaseiulus|Metaseiulus (Galendromus) occidentalis]]// * //[[Varroa|Varroa destructor]]// * //[[Stratiolaelaps|Stratiolaelaps scimitus]]// * //[[Ixodes|Ixodes scapularis]]// * //[[Parasteatoda|Parasteatoda tepidariorum]]// * //[[Mesobuthus|Mesobuthus martensii]]// (partial) * //[[Centruroides|Centruroides sculpturatus]]// **Xiphosura** (5 species) * //[[Limulus|Limulus polyphemus]]// ===== Myriapoda ===== **Chilopoda** (centipedes)(15,000 est. species) * //[[Strigamia|Strigamia maritima]]// **Diplopoda** (millipedes)(3,100 est. species) * //[[Chamberlinius|Chamberlinius hualienensis]]// (partial) ===== "Crustacea" ===== Crustacea and Hexapoda form a monophyletic clade called Pancrustacea.
